Terms & Conditions
General
All part exchanges are subject to appraisal
Number plates are to be supplied by the customer
The payment of a deposit contitutes acceptance of these terms
Remittance
Balance payments can be made by debit card on the day of collection or BACS (we recommend 3 days prior)
Cancellation
The customer must inform Lady Bailey Caravans of their wish to cancel via email or letter. In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit will be refundable if:
(a) The customer has not yet seen the vehicle, or an equivalent model, that they are purchasing
(b) The value of the customers part exchange was amended by the company upon the part exchange appraisal
(c) The customer was declined for finance arranged through Lady Bailey CaravansOtherwise, the initial deposit will remain non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the sales details.
Finance
As a credit intermediary Lady Bailey Caravans can introduce you to a lender to assist with financing your purchase and we may receive commission or other benefits for doing so. We, nor the lender, can provider independent financial advice.
Warranty
The vehicle, if new, will be sold with such warranty as is provided by the manufacturer and the customer hereby agrees to be bound by any conditions attaching to such warranty. Details about the warranty will be provided to the customer upon receipt of the vehicle and can be obtained via the manufacturer Bailey of Bristol online [baileyofbristol.co.uk/warranties-servicing/]. All new warranties provided are back-to-base which requires that the vehicle be brought back to your supplying retailer or any approved retailer/servicing agent willing to undertake the work. Expenses incurred for travel or mobile engineers are expressly not covered by the manufacturers warranty.
For a used vehicle, the length of the warranty will be stated alongside your vehicle details and you will be provided with details upon collection of the vehicle or upon request.
In the event of a requested warranty transfer, Lady Bailey Caravans will endeavour to provide the manufacturer with everything required however the final approval for the transfer falls to the manufacturer and Lady Bailey Caravans cannot be held liable for any decision taken by the manufacturer. In the event that a transfer is declined by the manufacturer, the vehicle will be provided with Lady Bailey Caravans standard 3 month warranty. Last updated: 12/01/2024
