The business has officially closed to the public

It is with heavy heart that the directors of Lady Bailey Caravans have decided to retire. This decision has not been taken lightly, Chris and Nick have owned and run the business for 30 years but over the past few years Chris’s health has not been good. For this reason, Chris has decided to retire and spend more time with his wife and family. Nick has decided to do the same.

Attempts were made to find new buyers for the company but the poor general market conditions and industry wide difficulties over the past couple of years and the challenges the industry currently faces have meant this was not possible.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to every customer, both local and nationwide, and every members of staff (many of who worked with us for 2 decades or more) who over the last 30 years made Lady Bailey Caravans in to the fantastic place it had become.

Questions

If you have a Bailey warranty issue outstanding, this will need to be transferred to an approved Bailey repairer or dealer
If you have an active service plan, you will receive a letter shortly from the scheme administrator detailing how your full or partial refund will be handled
If you have a used caravan with a 12-month MB&G warranty, any work covered by the policy can be carried out by any repairer
If you have a used caravan with a transfer of the original manufacturers warranty, subject to the limitations of this, you should contact a Bailey approved repairer to make a claim to Bailey
If you had a booking with us in 2025, this has been cancelled as the business is now closed
Unfortunately, no used warranty can be completed by Lady Bailey from this point as the business is now closed, please accept our apologies if you are one of the very few customers who fall into this category.
